KRISTIN KENT

Before relocating to Kansas City and opening Undercover Ink, Kristin had a 20 year career in New York & New Jersey as a makeup artist and hairstylist. She spent 9 years working full time at Major League Baseball's cable network, MLB Network grooming all on-air talent for their daily shows and special events. She has worked with many celebrities and TV personalities throughout her career such as Bob Costas, Keri Russell, Jerry Seinfeld, and the Radio City Rockettes.

Upon moving to Kansas City, she spent 5 months on the set of seasons 3 & 4 of Netflix's Emmy winning Queer Eye and can even be seen doing makeup in 3 of the episodes.

Brows have always been a passion for Kristin and she decided to switch up her career and learn Microblading from one of the world's top artists, Kler Rosenberg. She is a certified Microblading artist through Kler's Beauty Angels Academy.

Eyebrows are not one size fits all, and Kristin strives to achieve the most natural looking brows for her clients without taking them completely out of their comfort zone. Undercover Ink is named for her natural style and belief that beauty should enhance while being undetectable. She is a perfectionist and will never let work she's not proud of walk out of her studio. Her clients appreciate her honesty, approachability and standards of cleanliness.

Kristin is a licensed Cosmetologist &  Esthetician in the states of Missouri and New Jersey. Her company Undercover Ink is fully insured. She is a Certified Microblading Artist and is Certified in the use of a Micropigmentation Device (Rotary Tattoo Machine).
